Public chat

Public-chat responses are informational and may be generated using automated systems. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before being used for operational, security, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.

Chat interactions may be logged or reviewed for continuity, quality, troubleshooting, security, FAQ extraction, and service improvement.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, probe protected systems, or use the public interfaces in violation of applicable law.

WSQ Operational Alerts

By texting START or ALERTS to the wSquared Technologies toll-free number, an authorized recipient agrees to receive recurring, event-driven WSQ Operational Alerts from wSquared Technologies.

The program provides non-promotional operational notifications, including service failures, processing failures, system errors, availability changes, recovery status, and other critical conditions affecting company-managed systems.

Message frequency varies according to operational events and may be up to 1,000 messages per month. Some months may have no messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

SMS opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. A recipient who unsubscribes will receive an opt-out confirmation and will not receive additional program messages unless the recipient enrolls again.

Carrier and delivery notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, device compatibility, and network conditions.

SMS privacy
